Analytics
Analytics provides you with the ability to pull and combine specific data points from your SecurityIQ platform. Data browser reports are created by combining data points along with filtering to make reports that to meet your specific needs.
To start navigate to Analytics in your SecurityIQ platform. Selecting Data Browsing will allow you to create a report from scratch or existing reports. Selecting Auto Reports will allow you to view reports that were created SecurityIQ Auto Report feature.
Auto Reports
Auto reports will be created for all AwareEd and PhishSim campaigns that are created in SecurityIQ. These reports will provide you with detailed information about the campaigns that you have ran. These Auto reports will be broken down by campaign type below.
PhishSim
PhishSim auto reports will give you detail about the campaign(s) that you have running or completed. This information in broke in to various graphs and high level information about the actions of your learners.
Campaign Overview
This will give you high level information on your PhishSim Campaign.
Grade Change During Campaign
This section will give you the change in the learners grades that were apart of the current PhishSim campaign. These values are dictated on what you have configured in the “learner grading” section in account settings. Response Results
This section will include all of the possible statuses of each email template that could be sent out in your PhishSim campaign. This will be dicated by the various attack types that you have in your PhishSim campaign. Phishing Timeline
The phishing timeline will help you get an understanding of when your learners had interacted with the email templates in your PhishSim campaign. To get a more detailed overview if what data is comprised of this section click on the graph icon found in the top right of the section.
Template Performance
The template performance section will go over in more detail on how each template with in your PhishSim campaign did. This will help you understand what types of emails your learners is more susceptible to be phished on. This data will be vital for creating future PhishSim campaigns. Event Timeline
Your campaign event timeline will tell you a story as to how long it takes for your learners to become phished. This will help you understand how quickly things can go wrong with in your company if a learner was actually phished by an outside attacker. No matter how good your security practices are that it can take some time for emails to be reported, allowing others to be open to be phished. Training Effectiveness
The training effectiveness section will go over those that did or did not complete the education portion of your PhishSim campaign. To get a more detailed overview if what data is comprised of this section click on the graph icon found in the top right of the section.
Browser Vulnerability
Browser Vulnerability section will go over the last status of your learners browser version. If at the time that the interacted with a PhishSim campaign it will detect the version of the browser used and determine if it is up to date. Note that this is only current at the time of interaction. So it is possible that a learner could interact with SecurityIQ and then update their browser shortly after. PhishNotify
The PhishNotify section will give a detailed report on those who are using the PhishNotify plugin in a PhishSim Campaign. To get a more detailed overview if what data is comprised of this section click on the graph icon found in the top right of the section.
Creating a New Data Browser Report
- Click the New Report Button.
- Name the Report.
- Select the Primary Object. The object you select will determine what type of data is available to your report.
- Click the Next Step button.
- If you would like a Related Object select it now.
- If you selected a Related Object, select the relationship between the Primary and Related object.
- Click the Next Step button.
- Select the Fields you want to be included in your report.
- Add at least one filter by filling out the fields and clicking the plus button.
- More than one filter can be selected.
- For example, if you selected the Field “Phished Count”, the Operator “Greater than or Equal to” and the Value ‘1’, only learners that have been phished at least one time would appear in the report.
- If you wish this report to be emailed once a week check the checkbox and select whom you would like to receive the report.
- Click the Create Report button.
Viewing a Data Browser Report
- Hover your mouse over the data browser report you wish to view and click the details icon.
- Notice that while viewing the data browser report you have the option to download the data as a CSV file or print.
Editing a Data Browser Report
- Hover your mouse over the data browser report you wish to view and click the edit icon.
- Make any changes to the data browser report and click the Save button.
Cloning a Data Browser Report
- Hover your mouse over the data browser report you wish to view and click the clone icon.
- The cloned data browser report will now be in your data browser report list.
Deleting a Data Browser Report
- Hover your mouse over the data browser report you wish to view and click the delete icon.
